Merchant Accounts of Direct Acquisition
Many businesses rely on aggregators that can hold funds or close accounts without notice. A proprietary Merchant Account gives you a direct relationship with the acquiring bank, giving you full control over your settlements and drastically reducing operational risk.
We help you to get your own Merchant ID (MID) in strategic jurisdictions. We manage the opening at banks that offer competitive rates and, most importantly, stability that protects your capital against peak turnover or risk fluctuations.
The Merchant Account for your Turnover
Not all merchant accounts are the same. While e-commerce is looking for agility, subscriptions require recurrence control and chargebacks. We analyse your average ticket to connect you with the acquirer that best suits your turnover, guaranteeing total stability in your collections.
Opening of MID Own
Receive the funds from your sales directly into your corporate account, without going through third party aggregators, optimising your collection times.
We analyse your sales history (processing history) to ensure that the acquiring bank approves your merchant account the first time.
Settlements Without Deductions
We connect you with acquiring banks that offer predictable payment schedules and professional reserve management. Minimise the impact of bank withholdings (rolling reserves) and operate with the assurance that your capital is shielded in balance sheets audited by regulated institutions.

Processing Analysis
We audit your sales history (Processing History) and pre-dispute ratios to ensure that your profile is attractive to the acquiring bank before initiating the official paperwork.
KYC & Web Validation
The critical point. We check that your website complies with all Visa/Mastercard regulations (terms, refund policies and SSL) to avoid a technical compliance rejection.
MID Structure and Configuration
We manage the assignment of your Merchant ID (MID) dedicated. We coordinate with the bank on reserves and settlement schedules (payouts) that best suit their cash flow.
Technical Integration and Testing
Once activated, we oversee the technical integration with your gateway and test transactions to ensure that the funds reach your corporate account correctly.
Answers about your Merchant Account
Managing your own acquisition raises technical questions about payment times and bank reserves. Here we clarify the key concepts regarding the availability of your funds and the stability of your Merchant ID.
When do I receive the money from my sales?
It depends on the risk profile agreed when setting up your MID. Typical settlements are daily or weekly (T+2 to T+7), sent directly to your linked corporate bank account.
What is the rolling reserve?
A percentage (typically 5% to 10%) that is temporarily retained by the acquiring bank to cover possible disputes or returns. It is automatically released on a rolling basis after a period of 90 to 180 days.
Is it compatible with my current website?
Yes, our merchant accounts integrate via API or plugins with major platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento. We supervise that the technical connection is perfect before processing the first real sale.
Can you close my account for a sales spike?
Unlike aggregators, by having its own MID and having passed the processing history pre-check, the bank already knows its seasonal peaks, which guarantees a much more stable operation.
