The standard vehicle for SMEs, digital businesses and family structures. Minimum capital of EUR 3,000. Limits the liability of the partners to the capital contributed. It is the most flexible and used for obtaining active self-employed residence.
Societat Anònima (S.A.)
Designed for large corporations or projects with a large number of shareholders. Requires a minimum capital of EUR 60,000. Projects a strong institutional image and is subject to stricter audit and governance requirements than the S.L.
